When you receive your flask, please test it first by pouring boiling hot water into it. If you're not satisfied after testing with hot water alone, we accept returns.
We do not accept returns if the flask has been used with tea, milk, coffee, or any other liquids.
Returns are only accepted if the product was tested with plain boiling water and returned in clean, unused condition.
